UMADD

UMADD

Developed by Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), UMADD stands for UNIVERSITY MOTHERS AGAINST DRUNK DRIVING and is a campus-based student organization comprised of students, campus and community leaders, and law enforcement who are concerned about underage and high risk drinking behaviors.

 The goals of UMADD are to:
- prevent impaired driving and high-risk drinking for those of the legal drinking age
- promote MADD’s mission – to stop drunk driving, support the victims of this violent crime and prevent underage drinking – on campus
- prevent alcohol use for those students under the age of 21
- develop and build leadership
